W30: Day 13
Whew…it was a whirlwind of a week. I am absolutely beat!
Breakfast was the usual scramble and guac
I had a midmorning snack of some coconut flakes
Lunch was carnitas, asparagus, pineapple and watermelon
After school I had 2 eggs with some leftover guac and some almond butter
Dinner was a quick stir fry because I was beat. It had chicken, carrots, onion, spaghetti squash and sunshine sauce. Nope it wasn’t pretty but I don’t even care it was easy and filled my tummy!
