I’m not going to say much today but rather let Dr. Mark Hyman say it all…
It really is amazing to me that in today’s society we simply look at the outer appearance of someone and deem them healthy or not. There are so many other things going on the inside of your body that sometimes being skinny doesn’t show you this. I was a skinny fat person a little over a year ago. I felt that I was a college athlete and just was blessed with a good metabolism. Why should I eat “healthy” if I don’t gain weight eating Taco Bell, ice cream or anything else that looked appealing? I may not look that different (even though in my opinion I do) I know I am treating myself so much better.
Don’t fall into the trap of “I’m skinny so I can eat/do what I want”. Do whats best for your insides…you only get one set!
