Who wants a healthier life? Better body? Cleaner diet? Workout more? Probably everyone can answer yes to one of those choices. The problem is we are all about intentions. How many times do you say I’m going to start doing that tomorrow? I am guilty of saying that a lot. Now I realize that the best time to do things is now.


What are you going to do today rather than tomorrow?
