What I Ate Wednesday
Well here’s a quick look at my food yesterday.
Breakfast was some pizza inspired egg muffins
I was feeling lazy for lunch so I just fried up four eggs in butter and topped it with the most delicious roasted garlic salsa and had a salad as well.
Dinner was from PaleOMG…it was steak hash with a red pepper spread. This was to die for. It was steak, onions, red bell peppers, mushrooms and basil topped with a sauce made up of avocados, roasted red bell peppers, garlic powder and salt. Bonus for it being easy!
After dinner I had some Kombucha…be prepared for a new adventure on that soon 🙂
