Well today I
am participating participated in a WOD for crossfit named Murph.
Murph is: 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run. It’s going to be terrible to say the least. But here’s the reason why were doing it. (Read about Murph’s story here)
I hope everyone has a blessed Memorial day. Remember to thank any veterans you know for the service they do for us. I hope I can use their service as my motivation for the WOD.
