Whole 30: Day 12

Sorry it’s so late but here you go…

 

Breakfast was two fried eggs topped with salsa

After my WOD I had my trusty baby food

Lunch was leftover soup from the other night

After the soup I enjoyed an apple and almond butter

After enjoying the sun I was craving something cold so I had a smoothie with my Kefir in it again!

And a late dinner/snack was the final bit of my frittata/casserole

Yay for having a Friday off šŸ™‚
