Whole 30: Day 8

Here’s a rapid fire update

 

Breakfast was a different frittata. I sort of created this one of a whim because I was out of some ingredients. It has ground beef, sausage, roasted tomatoes, spinach, onion, spices and eggs

I had an apple and almond butter mid-morning

Lunch was another array of veggies plus meatballs from here

After school I had two deviled eggs made with home made mayo

Post workout was fueled by of course baby food

And dinner was made by my handsome man. It was Beef n Broccoli from Make it Paleo and half of a baked sweet potato.
