W30: Day 17
Well today is my marathon day…Just walked in the door at 9:15 pm after leaving at 7 am. Thank goodness for packed food.
Breakfast was a 2 egg scramble with onion, spinach and leftover fajita meat (YUM) with some guac.
Lunch was some Stove Top Gyro Meat, sweet potato/butternut squash and a big salad with greens, cherry tomatoes and cilantro
After school I grabbed a quick snack of some leftover beef n broccoli and a banana with almond butter
Dinner was Easy Coconut Curry with some green beans. I didn’t end up eating the applesauce.
