W30: Day 15
Well I spent my morning in the kitchen…I made enough food for all of my lunches, two dinners, a dressing, chopped all my veggies and cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner for the day. That’s what I call a productive day!
Breakfast was my standby scramble with some sweet potato hashbrowns
During my marathon of cooking I took a quick break and had a banana and some almond butter
Lunch was a big salad with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, a ton of cilantro, chicken and the home made dressing I made earlier.
I was starving while waiting for dinner so I had some applesauce and almond butter
Dinner was roast, roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli. This is one of my favorite go to recipes. So easy and amazingly tasty.
