W30: Day 5
Day 5 already? This round is SO much easier. Today was a solid day of food consumption. I am super proud because 1. I ate almond butter and had self control. 2. I think I really did a good job of listening to my body’s real signals of hunger rather than chowing out of boredom.
Breakfast was a 3 egg scramble with shallots and spinach topped with salsa
Lunch was leftover roast with tomato basil soup and a half of a sweet potato with almond butter
A few hours after lunch I had some carrots and guacamole with some cherry tomatoes
I had a late night of lessons so I had another snack of applesauce, a half of a spoon of almond butter (seriously only half…score for self control) and a few slices of a Primal Pac
Dinner was made by my wonderful mother…grilled steak, guac and HOME-GROWN broccoli.
Yup told you it was an awesome day.
