W30: Day 1
First off, Happy New Year! I hope you had a great evening and day today.
Well it has officially begun. Today was a ridiculously lazy day of sleeping in and watching the crossfit games on ESPN. Here’s my eats for the first day.
Breakfast was 2 fried eggs with guac and sweet potato sausage hash
I ate that really more like brunch time so for lunch I just had a small bowl of homemade tomato basil soup and some frozen blueberries
Dinner was beef and broccoli from Make it Paleo and roasted carrots
I’m still a tad hungry and its early so I might have some cherry tomatoes and sweet potato with coconut butter
Ps…yay for new dishes for Christmas so the pictures of food look ALOT prettier than last go around.
