Because sometimes life gets a little crazy!

Whole 30: Day 29

Day 29?!?!? Ah Day 29!!

Tell me this…is there a better way to start off a Monday then to see this on the drive to class?

Breakfast was 2 eggs with my new obsession of a spice mix, a piece of bacon and some cherry tomatoes

In class I had an apple and some almond butter


Lunch was leftover kale and sausage soup

After class I had an avocado and a few more bites of almond butter…oops


Dinner was quickly thrown together. Just some browned ground beef, sweet potatoes and more cherry tomatoes
