Whole 30: Day 25
What a long freaking day…
Breakfast was a smoothie because I clearly cannot cook this week in the morning.
Lunch was a grass-fed beef hotdog (seriously they make ones with clean ingredients), carrots, asparagus, and spaghetti squash. Oh and a banana.
Before lessons I had 2 fried eggs, some beef jerky, a few coconut flakes and an apple.
Dinner was steak and squash and zucchini (the other stuff on my plate was a new variety of sweet potato that I turned out not to like so I didn’t eat it)
And now I’m noshing on a few bites of the infamous almond butter.
