Whole 30: Day 21
I can’t even believe it has already been 3 weeks!
Breakfast was a smoothie today (coconut milk, banana, strawberries, spinach, egg whites, and almond butter)
Lunch was 2 fried eggs with guac, some beef jerky, half of an apple and some almond butter
Dinner was seriously so good! Lemon chicken and broccoli/apple salad. The salad is the weirdest combination of food but is to die for.
After dinner me and Matthew went to the grocery store and he convinced me to get a coconut. We cracked it open (well he did) and we snacked on some of the “meat”
