Because sometimes life gets a little crazy!

Whole 30: Day 19

Thanks Goodness it’s Friday!

 

Breakfast was 2 eggs with guac (boom for a double yolk!), bacon and some mashed pumpkin

 

 

I had an apple and almond butter for a snack

Lunch was a leftover burger patty, a sausage link, asparagus, and some cherry tomatoes

Before workout I had a couple bites of almond butter

 

Dinner was amazing! Buffalo Roast and onions, sweet potatoes, and roasted broccoli. YUM
