Might As Well Dance

Because sometimes life gets a little crazy!

Whole 30: Day 18

Man I cannot wait for the weekend and some serious sleep.


Breakfast was an on the run smoothie

Lunch was a leftover hamburger patty, spaghetti squash and some roasted red bell peppers


On the way to lessons I had some applegate turkey, kiwi, almond butter, and 2 hard boiled eggs.


During lessons I snacked on some beef jerky


Dinner was a grilled burger, asparagus, and red bell pepper.

Lesson learned from today…almond butter should be concerned a drug. I need to stop inhaling it.
