Might As Well Dance

Because sometimes life gets a little crazy!

Whole 30: Day 8

Well today was another good day. I felt better about how much fruit and nuts I ate.

Breakfast was on the run because I couldn’t get out of bed! I had a couple bites of leftover sweet potatoes, some cherry tomatoes, and 2 hard boiled eggs.

Lunch was leftover roast, onions, and broccoli with some homemade applesauce.

(I forgot to take a picture!)

After class I had 2 eggs with guac and 2 pumpkin patties.

Before workout I had a few slices of beef jerky and a handful of coconut flakes.

 

Dinner was lemon chicken, cauliflower rice and carrots.
